Booking
When booking the Cardiff String Quartet you will need to provide four chairs without arms, with enough space to arrange them in a loose semi-circle and adequate lighting. Playing outside is always dependent on the weather conditions and this is at the discretion of the musicians involved on the day of your event. If you would like us to play outside, we need some shade if it is sunny and cover if it is wet. You will also be required to provide us with soft drinks throughout our time at the venue and we kindly ask to be provided with food (usually a cold buffet or a selection of sandwiches).
Our quartet is very busy, especially during the summer months. To guarantee we are available to play for your event, early booking is advised. To confirm a booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit and sign a booking form to secure your date.
